::We've been here for birthday parties before so were surprised at their unprofessional reaction during an incident at one of their summer camps. Parents might want to know they will take absolutely no role in helping if something goes wrong on their premises. This is true even if it wasn't an accident on their equipment but an incident with another child. Whether it is the arm of a pair of glasses or on your child's body, you won't get any help as we found out during a recent summer camp. A child was bullying our son (pushing him down, pulling his hair, taking his glasses). We asked the staff to watch the kids more closely, explaining the concern to multiple people in the morning. During pickup on the same day, the same child we had identified to them and asked to separate from ours, took off our son's glasses, and broke the right side in half so that they are not wearable during an activity. They let our son go the rest of the day without any glasses and without calling us. When we arrived to pick him up, that's when they told us. And the staff and father insisted that 'they are kids' and declined all responsibility to replace them. No one offered us any kind of apology or attempt to mediate, either from the staff, the other parents, or the child. We emailed the management because the manager's phone was turned off and there was no other way to reach her. When she replied, she again declined to take any responsibility in asking the parent or the child to apologize for the incident. Instead they berated us, saying we signed a waiver that released them from all liability.
