  The service is good. I rented the brand new Renault Duster. I would not ever own this car.

  Hefty price of cars. Only deal with Nissan's. For Basic Sunny model u need to pay 1600 QAR per month. For a single scratch on bumper or body will cost 1000 QAR which can be repaired in 200-300QAR from outside. For a small mark on seats cost u 50QAR which is cheap act from them. Don't go for it.

  I will rate with one star because there is no possibility of giving less. They ripped me in this place. I basically was cheated. Also, totally unprofessional staff; because of their inability to speak basic English, they were not able to solve the problem I had due to a minor accident. So, everything ended up having to pay 2000 QAR for his incompetence. I did not want to move forward with it because, coincidentally, everything happened during my last day in the country and I was leaving Qatar for good. Otherwise, I would have gone to report it to the police. Summing up: ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS. If someone would like to know more details do not hesitate to contact me.

  Had a car booked and pre arranged, they decided to take the day off... There were multiple people who had the same issue Tuesday 14th Feb. Don't bother renting here, you will just have to walk elsewhere to rent anyhow. Quite possibly the last time I will use National anywhere.
