  I wouldn't fly with this airline again. My flight was late for 2 hours. For the return flight try to come early because Sabiha airport is very crowded and the staff not helpful.

  Very bad location with no parking. No one never replies you on the local line. Only 3 booking agents 4th one is accountant i guess but one thing is good that they help. Yes lot of people are screaming most of the time in their office because they can't understand the cheap airlines policies . but specially in my case they save me a good amount by advising me the right thing to do. Allah (God) Bless

  What is the reason of owning phone in the office if no one answers? In case of emergency no one can reach you!

  A very bad Experience that Airline is very very bad .... there Thefts... I will never fly with them .!
