  I lost more than 4 items with this laundry and their CS wasn’t caring.

  NEVER EVER AGAIN... Sent items for pressing only, a third of which needed re ironed as were returned more creased than when sent. Wrong pillowcases returned for bedset so now no longer a set. Complaint made with photos attached and no response received. Absolutely awful.
