  Extremely unprofessional. Never answer the phone. When I arrive, the reception staff are lazy and uncaring. If you enquire with specific questions they get irritated.

  All medical staff and practitioner are polite, good and very accommodating except for the EYE DOCTOR/ Opthalmologist or optometrist. He was very rude and arrogant. I don't recommend him if you have eye problem.
