  Worst service ever. Busy branch at evening but that doesn’t mean to give third class service. Beru much disappointed. Customer service + manager both bad service

  Even though the branch is pretty small but the service was very good. The staff and security are friendly and helpful. The place is not crowded and service was fast. The branch opens during the evening hours. So you can finish your business even if it’s needed quickly.

  Best customer service and not crowded at all. The bank is in the basement floor of ezdan mall and so the place is calm & quiet all the time
