  I had an appointment with the ENT doctor at 8 but he didn’t show up till 8.40 and he didn’t even apologised to me which shows a big lack in professionalism. I had an appointment at 2.15 with the paediatrician and after waiting for 20 minutes I was told I still had to patients ahead of me! So I had to leave without seeing the doctor and once again without receiving any apology. Over an hour waiting times are totally unacceptable in a private clinic, especially when after complaining no one cares or even apologises! They really need to sort out their appointment system to stop the overbooking and also they should train their staff/doctors to advise before hand when there’s going to be a long waiting time.

  I’m very happy with the service received. I went with stomach problems and within half an hour they had done an ultra sound, blood test and stool test. They don’t have the most friendly staff but I don’t go there to make friends! Just to find health solutions.

  The reception of queen medical should be trained properly how to behave to the customer of all category and they should given training how to talk how to speak to those customer and they should given training for those how to talk to to whom who doesn't know english and last thing they should given class about how to given service.I went 2 times there but they did not mangage and they did not given report untilnow so i did not get report and goodservicea. I have given blood 2 times as well as xray but still they did not call me within 1month and I depressed about there service even they request to call me but they don't why I don't know so please focus this matter.

  One week and I still didn't get a diagnosis of what I've got. No. 2 useless appointments to listen to "I'm sorry, the ultrasound operator just left" and "I'm sorry but the ultrasound machine is out of order" and in the mid time I'm urinating blood and feeling a huge pain un my right kidney. That's what you'll get here. DO NOT COME!
