::Bad service...!!!! Bought brand new Samsung book with keyboard. Not working so referred to Qatar Mobile because they are Samsung repair centre.. Went there 3 weeks ago. They check my new item and told me they will order new keyboard because it is defective. They call me 3 weeks later tell me keyboard arrived. I confirm date I will collect because I live far from Doha. I arrived on agreed date and time. Suddenly they can't help me because only the person who called me is the only one who can help. So I must wait in Doha also I must leave Samnsung book with them. They call me many hours later to ask for my password.. I call them again because still no update after 3 hours with my password.. now they say software update needed..so I am forced to leave Doha with no Samsung keyboard and no Samsung book.. today is new day.. still no update.. what is the point to go 3 weeks ago for inspection.. then wait for keyboard.. and now still not working.. oh worst of all the staff at front desk tell me they are doing me a favour !! Really I buy new Samsung item that does not work and They are doing me a favour by messing me around and making me drive around Doha and keep chasing them for update... so sorry but very very poor service..

::This Service Center is not serving for Samsung mobile devices any more since last one year. It is for Huawei devices. I don't know why they did not change the identification. It is mis-directing people. Anyway, you can go to Sharaf DG Store at Azdan Mall. There is Samsung Service Center in the store, but it is closed on Fridays.
