  I went to this clinic based on a recommendation by a friend. I booked my sons appointment for 5:15pm. It took me 1 hour to travel in traffic to this location, and of course there is no parking ... but we managed to park on a dug up side street, ah the joys of Doha. I arrived 15 mins early, and after 30 mins of a wait, I asked what was happening. The receptionist mumbled about a patient taking a little longer than expected. So ... fair enough I thought, that happens. After 45 mins I asked again and was told in 5 mins the dentist would see me. The appointment was for my son who had school the following morning and has to be in the car by 6:10am to make sure he makes it to school on time. The waiting time was really starting to bother me, but as we had waited so long already I felt we should wait that little longer. So we waited for another ten mins and after a whopping 1 HOUR wait I was told "Oh one more before you". I walked out disgusted. It took me well over 1 hour to get home, battling night time traffic. A total waste of time and effort. If this rating could show a MINUS STAR rating that would have been my rating.
