  Whoever manage this spa need to be fired.. this is the worst SPA EVER This staff is extremely rude.. Ur better off at Fourseaons, better service, quality and value for money.

  My husband and I had the thirty minute massages and we both came out of it feeling relaxed and completely happy. It was a spur of the moment decision, influenced by good saleswoman at the gym area. We are so glad we chose to do it because we needed t bad. Nana and Woody, the masseuses understood our needs and worked on our problem areas. Definitely recommend their massages! The robes and towels were great too but the I still felt like there was a bit an extra touch luxury that was missing. To comment on another review, you do have to pay for sauna, indoor pool area as it is own by Clarins not Marsa Malaz. Plus that’s how most hotels with proper spas run. Either way, visit to experience miracle hands!

  Its ridiculous that hotel guests have to pay to use the sauna/steam, spa pool! No real relaxation rooms in spa, just random upright seating areas.
