::Extremely bad customer service from Claire. Requested milk on the side for my large Americano coffee and was asked to be charged extra in a very mean way. The manager Jamis was also not helpful or respectful when I complained to him. This is the very first time I have to deal with anything like this in a Starbucks. Will never go to this branch again.
