  I went straight to the bar that is next to the swimming pool and it's amazing, well stocked, good hospitality and wow! The happy hour from 2 pm to 8 pm

  The room was dirty, I had to push one bed, and everything from Q-tips to luggage tags to food pieces came out. On top of that there were multiple insects. I called housekeeping, and nobody answered. I called the reception and it took me 4 calls to 2 different numbers to reach them. The staff was unprofessional. When I checked out of the hotel they told me that I had to wait for them to inspect the room. Overall, I will never go back to this hotel. You can find better for the money

  The hotel needs renovation to make it new. Furniture and floor carpets are old. White bedsheets are no longer white. Receptionist are not so friendly and accommodating. Choice of food during breakfast are very few. Parking space is stinky and not exclusive for hotel guest because it is shared with the tenants. On a positive side, Filipino bellboy is very accommodating and helpful as well as the Filipino waiter in the restaurant during our breakfast.
