  It's terrible! I've been to this place thrice but every time I go there the service was always terrible. So today, I went for a manicure with shellac. I paid $20 for a very lousy service. I choose color red but the lady only applied one layer of nail polish because there's no more color "red" shellac polish available. They don't have a stock, so I ended up having a color pink nail polish. It was one of the worst manicure I ever had. Actually, I don't think she knows what she's doing or she's too lazy to even care. She just applied the nail polish to my nails even if it's out of the line, and when it's already dry that's the time she'll try to remove the nail polish on my fingers. She put a very thin coat of the red polish because the bottle is almost empty already, but she put a tremendous amount of clear shellac on my nails. It's not even 12 hours yet but look at my nail, Its destroyed already because she just literally applied the polish even if its not my nails anymore. How can you even complain or tell her what to do if she doesn't speak English and she can't understand what I'm saying? 2nd complaint, when I had a Brazilian wax, the staff didn't use gloves, when I had wax on my upper lip the woman pulled the wax to hard that I had a small cut on my upper lip. 3rd complaint, few months back, I had a Pedicure and a different lady wasn't gentle with the nail clip that one of my toe nails was already bleeding. I will never come back to this salon and I discourage you ladies to go to this Salon. Only one of their staff can speak English, so it's a challenge to tell them what you want.
