::The worst service center by excellence. You get an appointment, then you find find yourself in a room where you can hardly step in. You struggle to reach the ticket machine to find that 11 people are ahead of you. Toyota sells well by itself, so dealer do not care about customers. Most of the big guys send their drewers so no issue.

::coming here on time with appointment at 14h ... for judt oil change at 19h30 the car is on the lift and the job is in progress what is the point of taking appointement ? and the car will not be clean execpt if i want it by next day (what time?) . not serious at all.. ps don't even try the toilette except if you're very adventurous

::Horrible, expensive and extremely late service, I have been there twice for service of my car as they are near to where I live and the customer service is extremely rude. They are short on manpower and resources. They take your car very conveniently without informing you of the complete details and the delivery time and when you call them to inquire about your car status, either they do not pick up your call or if they do they are going to give you wrong information and estimation. I booked my appointment well in advance and gave them my car early in the morning, can you believe for car normal service they gave me back my car the next day, seriously are you kidding me? The funny thing is that the Manager of the Branch is always unavailable either you go during the Day time or Evening time. Please go and find some other Toyota Service Center but and I repeat do not bother going to the Toyota Landmark Service Center.
