  I’m here last night with my sister. I’m trying to fit in some long sleeve in the store. The indian staff is worst. Worst staff ever in zara! He don’t know how to approach the customer in a nice way. He is like a boss there 🤷🏻‍♂️ He is wearing white shirt. 😡

  Horrible experience .... Even though over two days in a roe my bill went up to 5000 for kids clothes but on both days the staff did not ask if we needed help , did not offer to give a shopping basket even though i was carrying so much clothes , and even at the case the lady folded the clothes even though some were inside out and even when complained to the manager the cashier lady came to me with an aggressive approach .Wonderful clothes but horrible customer service .
