  Hotel staff surprisingly entered my room at 9:30pm without knocking. Seems it was a miscommunication between two staff. When I went down to reception to ask what happened all I received was laughter and sorrys. Terrible service.

  We stay in Zubarad Hotel at the end of june. When we arrived the check in was very fast after a very long flight. We spent two wonderful days, in the continuing arabic fairytale of the year 2015, when we visit for the first time Doha and Zubarah Hotel. After four years from our first visit to Zubarah, we find the same clean and quiet room, with very comfortable bed and pillow very fluffy, with good AC, also a clean bathroom with all you need.  We were glad to see Imran at the reception, which just like last time, was very helpful. Thank you Imran. For the breakfast we chose arabic cuisine and we don’t regret. What a wonderful breakfast. I think it was better than last visit. We were served with a lot of plates with many dishes which were very, very good. We love arabic cuisine. We also took dinner at the hotel's restaurant which was delicious and generous portions. Restaurant staff is very polite and attentive. I would like to mention it the door man, I’am sorry i don’t know his name, but was very attentive with us. We had two wonderful days again. Thanks for amazing stay and hope to see You again.

  Usually I have better stay. This time I was happy because I was upgraded to higher level room but by my surprise was noisy. I changed room but in the second room no warm water was availeable. I told reception but no action was taken. In general I would reccomend for bisiness. I will give them another chance because breakfast is great and food is good level but if it goes down in terns of custoner care i will not continue

  Went only for coffee with one of our Qatari company client. Elegant and the staffs are so friendly and respectful. Thank you Zubarah
