  Ot takes to take a letter 1.30 hours, the service is very slow. The customers get tired of waiting int he long queue. The service shall be reviewed, as people are losing time by chatting esp the customers and the bank workers.

  The worst customer service ever, and the phone number you see is just a display number!! it does not work & you will never get through to a customer service agent!

  Have visited twice for customer service and believe me you should be prepared to spend 2 odd hours for your turn. Few customer service agents are just sitting and talking on their phone and making the people wait. At home I never spent more than 10 minutes at any bank in my life. Just a hyped bank.

  Verrrrrrrrrrry slow service, lazy employees. Some of them spent big time chatting with ladies in a useless subjects. I'll remember my self to avoid it next time!

  I think the bank should get five rating or more then it ,just because everything is possible here is there slogan and the service also same. They’re doing great job. I specially thankful to this branch because the employees are awesome and there behavior really unbelievable.i think the other branch and the other bank employees can follow them. Good luck
