  Have been promised updates and call backs on the same query multiple times “we’ll call you with an update” you’d think a well established bank like HSBC would never be so unprofessional. Banking in Qatar is a joke.

  I genuinely cannot understand the bad reviews for this branch, the staff have been nothing short of brilliant, fast and efficient. No complaints from me.
