::I submitted my clearance letter from QIB to this branch so that my credit card from CBQ will be activated last May 5, 2018. I kept on calling customer service to activate my credit card and they always say that they still not received my clearance letter. The lady in customer service section in Rayyan branch did not enter my clearance letter to their system yet up until now. Very bad service experience from this bank. I’m still waiting for my credit card to be activated. Please do someting guys!
