  Some time no.problam but today take to much time 2 hours.this is to much.and this time I am also waiting for my number.

  Waiting here past 1 hour and 10 minutes. Nobody's calling the token 😤😤😤😤😤🤒🤕. Go anywhere else for God's sake.

  Need to improve the customer service. A lady officer was on phone all the time while asking us to wait at her table. Seem to have no respect for client. Hope can improve service in future.

  Good branch but sometimes it's take toouch time to process and a few staff exist

  The service is good and this place is less crowdy compared to other QNB branches.
