BUILDING IS IN HORRIBLE CONDITION, KEEP AWAY!!! I don't even know where to begin. First of all, the photos that you are seeing on the internet are from the time when building was new, which was many years ago. Building is in awful condition, maintenance is even worse, so far, in the few months we have been here there has been a leak in the bathroom, the Air Conditioning Units haven’t been cleaned for years, and therefore are constantly clogging, so we need to call them every 10 days to fix them. The facilities are in a terrible state, 2 months ago while I was swimming in the outdoor pool, a huge part of the concrete roof fell down straight into the pool, and missed me for a few inches! (see the pictures) I was shocked, so I called the Building Manager and told them to deal with this issue immediately, because we are paying for the facilities, which he (Mr. Salah) assured me that they will. Not only did they not bother to fix the problem, they didn’t even close down the pool, and there are children still swimming in it, unaware of the danger! The ceiling above the indoor pool is peeling off as well. Because of all above mentioned, I am writing this review so that others won’t get fooled by this ruin of a building and its reckless management! Not worth it at all. We are counting the days until we leave. It’s very disappointing and a shame that a building in such a great location is so poorly taken care of.

THE WORST HOTEL EVER! We have been calling the hotel for more than a week to book a room, but the staff are not accommodating. They said that the reservation should be done through the hotel's website, so we did. (The website is not updated - the offers there were from 2016.) There was an e-mail received by my friend, but we would still like to verify if it was really booked, of course! We had a hard time contacting the hotel as no one was answering the phone. (a hotel without a staff on duty to answer phone calls?!) When I finally got to talk to a certain 'Mohamed', (which I am certain is not his real name) last Thursday afternoon, (14 June 2018, 3-5pm) he said it was all right and that they will call us back. He even approved a late check-out time for free. However, we never received a call from them. Today, we were supposed to go there, so we called up first. Imagine our shock that the booking was not confirmed!!! The manager on duty (16th June, 2018, 9am) said that on the website, it was just automated response, so it did not go through. Just wow! They have caused us inconvenience, disappointment and stress! The management should train its staff to be more accommodating to customers and more knowledgeable about their policies. Worst customer service. Worst manager. Worst management. Worst hotel ever.
