  Everytime I've been there, the salon was empty, now I understand why. First time I had my hair extensions done...they fell out after a few weeks (supposed to last min 3 months). Then had highlights, wish I hadn't. But the poor results is not the worst. The atmosphere of terror in this place is unbearable. The lady manager shouts at her staff in front of the client...and then shouts some more at the client! Customer service of this place is simply appalling. I strongly advise to stay away from there.

  I had such a great experience here! The place was spotless, the staff was friendly, kind, and professional, and my nails look fabulous. Highly recommend!

  The facility is beautiful and the staff is very pleasant and attentive. I had three different women do my services, which were a gel fill- in, pedicure, and eyebrow threading. The pedicure was okay, she was very gentle. The person threading my brows made me nervous but she did an okay job as well once it was done. I liked that she could sense my uneasiness and stopped to have me look at them to make sure they were done to my liking. The fill in went well...once I left and really checked them out the only thing she would need to work on is making sure the shaping for all the nails are uniform. Overall is was a good experience and I would go back.
