::The worst salon in Doha I have ever been. The facilities are dirty and dusty, workers unprofessional and services bad. My nail-polish lasted one hour. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

::I hope my complaint goes to the owner and not the ladies that work at the salon. The owner he has no idea what these ladies are doing and really playing with this business. No wonder the place is always empty. 1. I went for a hair color (just the roots) and told the lady (Hanadi), to please make sure to not color it black as I don't like the my hair color to be black and please put a medium brown. She dyed it completely BLACK and then offered no apology and left me with another girl (Zayneb) to try and wash the color out. 2. Hanadi then told Zayneb she's leaving because she has cramps and wants to go home to rest. 3. Zayneb then washed my hair about 4 times to try to remove the color and I'm not sure what chemical she used, a little touched my forehead and it actually left A SCAR on my forehead. 4. Then all the ladies proceeded to leave the salon before the end of the working hours. I heard the owner call Zayneb while she was washing my hair and ask to speak to a few people and she flat out lied and told him one was downstairs smoking and the other was in the bathroom, when in fact all had left for the day. 5. I made an appointment for New Year's Eve to have my hair blow dried and they booked me for 5 PM, I made sure when I made the booking to confirm it would be with Zayneb not Hanadi. But of course when I got to the salon, they told me Zayneb has a client at 5 and that Hanadi is the only one available. They double booked my appointment with another client for Zayneb. When I asked what now, no one could offer any solutions and again they refused to give me the owner's number. I had to leave on New Year's Eve with no blow dry. These people are unprofessional with little skills in hair services. Save yourself the headache and money and please don't go there.

::Everytime I've been there, the salon was empty, now I understand why. First time I had my hair extensions done...they fell out after a few weeks (supposed to last min 3 months). Then had highlights, wish I hadn't. But the poor results is not the worst. The atmosphere of terror in this place is unbearable. The lady manager shouts at her staff in front of the client...and then shouts some more at the client! Customer service of this place is simply appalling. I strongly advise to stay away from there.

::The facility is beautiful and the staff is very pleasant and attentive. I had three different women do my services, which were a gel fill- in, pedicure, and eyebrow threading. The pedicure was okay, she was very gentle. The person threading my brows made me nervous but she did an okay job as well once it was done. I liked that she could sense my uneasiness and stopped to have me look at them to make sure they were done to my liking. The fill in went well...once I left and really checked them out the only thing she would need to work on is making sure the shaping for all the nails are uniform. Overall is was a good experience and I would go back.

::Had my first pedicure at this clean and stylish salon. A haven of tranquility in the heart of the city. Staff extremely friendly and welcoming. The last minute booking on the telephone, the appointment itself, was very straight forward and smooth running - a novelty in Doha it seems. The lovely staff, understanding English perfectly, and nothing was too much trouble. Better value for money and service than some 5* hotel spas, I will be visiting again. Thank you to all the lovely staff there.
