  The staff is nice and tried to help however I felt like they didn’t really know what they were doing themselves. Got money stuck on one of my accounts and they weren’t able to withdraw the money for me or transfer it to another account of mine. Also they keep blocking my PayPal transactions and can’t tell me why, spend 2 hours and 30 minutes there yesterday and they didn’t solve anything.

  Staff is friendly and willing to help, but CBQ's overall customer service is still very bad. No problem can be resolved at once, everything takes 3-5 working days. Regulations and policies are quoted, but the problem seems symptomatic only to all of CBQ, not other banks. Be prepared to constantly follow up, to eternally chase after documents, and to experience a good range of truly unique issues... Villaggio is not their worst branch, though.

  Sh***est branch in Qatar , they act like they don’t understand the question ... useless employees can’t even explain simple things

  there is one guy in the customer service desk , he is very rude , not helpful. **Much better Hyatt Plaza branch **
