  Pathetic customer service towards expats. They'll treat the Arabs well. Corporate section has only one staff which leads to waiting for long.

  Very helpful and friendly staff. The service was fast and good. The place decor was nice and atmosphere is very inviting. They also include a table for small kids in the ladies section which is very helpful for busy moms. Great service from this branch.

  Awful experience. Corporate teller is the worst place. Teller is busy in his comfort zone and never bother about customers. Expect a 2 to 3 hour delay to meet the one behind all that drama. QIB staff has always given that we don't care node and they are always proud of doing it. Thanks to QIB.
