  The simplest things of flushing a diesel from a mistake of the petrol station couldn't get any worse... The engine is consuming engine oil at 15000mph plus, we lost our rights with the company that owns that petrol station because they already paid for the fix. Now, we have a car that needs gas and oil to run. For the love of God, don't buy a car from them because trust me you could save 50kQR from a useless stupid warranty.

  Waiting for my spare tire that I have paid in advance since 3 months... having called dozens of times with no answer, recorded a complain at the hot line, same behaviour, no answer and no follow up... Shame on you

  Highly unfavourable place for customers. Opens during customer office timings; and closes during lunch break too. They should consider bringing shift basis work, so we can go and get our cars repaired fast, at this momennt highly inconvenient..learn from Dubai...
