  Had to wait for 2 hours just to submit a document. There was only one employee operating customer service. Maybe the bank is too cheap to hire more people. Also, nothing gets solved on the phone. They tell you they will call back but they never do.

  Lazy incompetent rude staff! They have no clue how to handle customers when there is a rush. Been waiting here for more than one hour and the cashier has served only 4 customers. Definitely the worst banking service in the entire Milky Way!
