  Overall it's a good bank but needs to provide more branches and ATM needs to add service of deposit money just like DOHA bank , QNB and masref alryyan

  Very poor bank and this branch seriously bad. After struggling to find a parking and staying in the queue for long, when your turn comes and what If the staff at the counter says there is no enough cash to give as withdrawal? And there is only five minutes left the bank to close. What would you do?? And most of this bank branches are not really managed well. Poor management and lazy staff with no proper KPI's could be the reason why they fall behind the competition
