  Banking with commercial bank is perfect. This branch has many counters available but only few are kept in service because of which work goes slow and we have to wait min 1-1.5 hrs to get our chance. Staffs are good and tries their level best to attend the customers as soon as possible.

  Had a bad experience with front office guy at Bank Street Branch, he looks English guy, he was rude with some Customers in front of me, that too during the month of Ramadan!

  The telephone declared for the branch can be contact but no one answers the call. What is the purpose of the provision of telephone if no one will attend the calls? Better remove the telephone. I need to make an inquiry but no one responded as I expect.

  When I try to register my phone number in cbq app it says I'm already registered.So I cannot send Money to my country.this my phone no 6694 3358

  I received message from Bank that my account was blocked (on Friday) because of my employment status. Even I have still one month of work ahead. Also in message told me to call them or come to the bank. IT’S FRIDAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Very disappointed! Blocked my account without warning and blocked my money in! You left me without money for two days. Thank you Commercial bank!!!! And your customer care line doesn't work! I can't believe you guys can run a bank! What a joke!
