  Really poor business policy. Before it was good and effective now a days delay in transactions and bad responds from the branch

  I think they give a better exchange rates compared to other exchange. Only the transaction charge is 15qar. I hope in most of the place almost the same. It is crowded always because of the location. They have service such as money transfer, money exchange, Western Union etc.

  They cheat customers by saying low amounts which can be sent as bank transfers. Last week i was told maximum which can be sent is 4000 riyals today im told its 3000 riyals. They charge 15 riyals which is higher than others.
