  Better to keep enough time to get their services since this branch is mostly crowdy.

  I can call it anything but not a bank very bad customer service. Staff is useless and not cooperative at all. It was my worst mistake to bank with them.

  Very bad cuatomer service. And very slow after sales personnel. Waiting for more than an hour and the number started from 1 and i am only number 13. Very poor indeed

  The worstest customer service and if you don't want to suffer,pls don't open account in Mashreq..not worth for single star..but without star ,it is not accepting to post review.
