  I went to the VIP section and a Qatari woman took my checks and while chatting oh her cell phone left my checks on her desk and walked away! Unbelievable, this was VIP too! She completely ignored me and left personal documents for others to see. Very poor management to allow an employee to treat any customers like that, let alone VIP

  worst bank, unprofessional staff, even don't know their bank policies and procedures. wasted my 5 weeks.
