  The embassy staff are so effortless they never answer anycalls and they always reply with the same answer on email as if they don’t read the question. They provide little information and tend to escape confrontation. Worst embassy in Qatar, try going there to apply for a visa and then talk to me 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

  Don't try to call them or email you can just turn up. Perfect help!

  The most lazy and irresponsible embassy. You call and no one picks up the call. You send email and no one replies. Communication is totally 0. They hold people's passport and never pick up their calls. Their process takes forever.

  Worst in communication..I have sent three emails to three different designations..I am asked my for a student visa and yet nothing is furnished and I need to be in Italy for my studies first if September. Now I have no clue what shall I do

  I'am quite sure that the 5 star references are given by the Embassy staff it self. Email not answered, Really narrow opening timings to collect important documentation, If you try to call them they never pickup the phone, there is an emergency mobile that is suppose to be available 24/7, just forget it. If you want answer from the embassy go directly, usually the security guard at the entrance will be more helpful. As an Italian citizen living in Doha this way of working is simply a shame!
